A workshop designed to cultivate creativity and mindfulness in the process of recovery from grief, trauma, or addiction. We use writing exercises to uncover, discover, and discard old wounds as well as to create positive attitudes, present awareness, and future goals. We also play with fiction and poetry, and use visual arts as inspiration. Group leader has her masters in creative writing.

The Saturday Afternoon Poetry Workshop at Beyond Baroque happens every Saturday at 1:30 pm and ends at 4:30. The facilitator is Bob Foster.
